According to the Terms and conditions, domain name registrations or renewals are non-refundable. You can only purchase a new one and leave that one to expire. Domain name once bought cannot be changed and no refunds.
How long do I need to wait for a refund?
The refund would be made within 24-72 hours prior to a proper review of the request.
