cPanel error message your ip address has changed

When you try to login on your cpanel and you receive the error message that “your IP address has changed”. This problem could have been caused by either of the following things;

  • You (or someone else) tries to log in to cPanel using the same account, from two separate devices, at the same time.
  • Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) assigns you a new IP address while you are logged in to cPanel

To solve this problem simply log back in to your cpanel on the device you are using. You can also install a VPN service that can provide you a static IP address and try to reload the page and login again.
