A DNS Zone is a part of the DNS settings for a domain name that is administered.
In other words, each domain name has its own DNS settings, and a DNS Zone file was created to keep them all together. WHM >> Edit DNS Zone allows you to easily edit a DNS Zone.

Follow the procedures below to modify your DNS Zone:

1. Go to the Edit DNS Zone option on the left-hand side of WHM.

2. In the Choose a Zone to Edit list, select the account for which you want to make changes and click the Edit button:

3. You will be directed to the DNS settings change window, where you can adjust various DNS record types such as A, CNAME, TXT, SOA, NS, MX, and so on.
